OC San has approved its 2025 Strategic Plan, a two-year roadmap that aligns OC San’s priorities to protect public health, safeguard the environment, and deliver reliable, cost-effective service. The plan provides direction across 16 policy topics within four focus areas: Business Principles, Environmental Stewardship, Wastewater Management, and Workforce Environment.

With new Board Members joining every two years, the Strategic Plan ensures continuity while welcoming fresh perspectives. It guides the General Manager’s Work Plan and Budget which aligns projects, staffing, finances, and performance goals across the organization.

Focused on innovation and resilience, the 2025 Strategic Plan reflects OC San’s commitment to reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence to the 2.6 million people we serve.  Read the full plan here.
